Sibling discounts (10% off) are applied automatically to the least expensive plan for children in the same household.

The cost of the family-selected curriculum/online school is separate from the Athena tuition. Every learner has unique needs and this financial model gives our families the agency to find a program that best fits the needs of their child.
- 12 Payments Plan: The annual tuition is divided into 12 equal installments. Payment is due on the 1st of each month from August to July.
- 2 Payments Plan (3% Discount): The annual tuition is divided into 2 equal installments with a 3% discount applied. Payment is due on August 1st and February 1st. Please note that no refunds are provided if a family downgrades their plan or withdraws before the end of the three terms.
- 1 Payment Plan (5% Discount): Annual tuition is paid in one lump sum with a 5% discount applied. Payment is due on August 1st. Please note that no refunds are provided if a family downgrades their plan or withdraws before the end of the academic year.

We want to ensure every family feels confident in their decision to join our community. That’s why we offer a 30-day Happiness Guarantee. This guarantee gives families the chance to experience Athena Micro-academy risk-free while ensuring we’re the best fit for your child’s educational journey. Families have 30 days from their enrollment start date to determine if Athena Micro-academy is the right fit for them.
After School program
The after school program runs from 3:30-5pm, Monday through Thursday, and it includes unstructured but supervised time to play board games, video games, read, or work on personal passion projects.
The monthly fee for Athena students is $350 and for non-Athena students it is $500.

Tutoring Available
Tutoring is available after school by appointment only.

Intercession camps
Intercession camps will take place during the 2-week intercessions between terms. They will vary in topics and interest genres. The cost of intercession camps is not included in the annual tuition. Intercession camps are available to Athena and non-Athena students.
