Meet the founder

Mily Pérez was born and raised in Texas and has served K-12 students for 20+ years. She earned her M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and is a certified teacher and principal in Texas. Mily is an accomplished educator teaching and leading in premier private schools in the Austin and Houston areas, such as St. Andrew's Episcopal School and The Kinkaid School, respectively. Most recently, Mily served as the Head of School at her alma mater in the Houston area, a school she will always call her second home.
Mily is married and has a 16 year-old son and 4 small dogs. She loves to cook, read, make her son laugh, hang out with friends and family, and have conversations that skip the small talk. Now that her son is older, she and her husband plan to travel more! LinkedIn profile |
